This is Why Jaguar Told Uhuru Kenyatta That He Will Resign

We all know that jaguar was appointed by the president as the Nacada ambassador. This came as a surprise to many of us since no one thought that such a thing could happen.

If you are a good fun of jaguar or Kenyan musica too, you should be aware that jaguar and president Uhuru are great friends. We have seen the together many times.

Early last week, disagreement and cold war was observed in Nacada leadership where john mututho the Nacada chairman claimed their is corruption in Nacada and went ahead and suspended some workers for investigations to be carried out. This led to a lot of rejection from the other board members saying that mututho didn't follow the correct channel of suspending the workers.

Today jaguar opened up and talked of what is going on in Nacada. He said that there is corruption going on among some of the members and asked the cabinet secretary in charge of security to address the issue. He said that he sent the president a message and told him that if the problem is not investigated within a period of two weeks he will resign. He also said that he dont want to be associated with a board which is accused of being corrupt because doing so he will be letting down the president who appointed him.

10 Secrets Only Known to Successful Entrepreneurs

http://tncmashinani.blogspot.com/2015/06/10-secrets-only-known-to-successful.html
There is no normal person in this world who wants to see his/her busn fail. Many of us wants the best for our businesses and to get the best we have to look at what other successful entrepreneurs do to be where they are.
Here are the top 10 secrets only known to successful entrepreneurs.

1. They think sucess.
Whatever the situation you are in you should have a good vision for your business. Have an image in your mind about how you would like your business to be in future. Then work towards that dream.

2. Concentrate on your strengths.
So long as we exists, we cannot be perfect on everything. There are some areas we find ourselves to be very strong and others weak as well. For example we have awesome customer care services but when we come to cost management, we are very poor. To be prosperous you have to focus on your stengths. Where you are weak, seek for assistance from those who are good at it. Try to learn by reading books or even going to school for training.

3. They enjoy what they do.
If you ever want to be successful, do something you have passion in. Something that you don't get too bored while doing it. If you love what you do, you enjoy even looking for information which can help your business grow faster.

4. Plan for everything.
Planning involves deciding what to do in future today. It involves setting of objectives, forecasting and deciding on alternative cause of action. It gives you a way on how you can get to your aspirations. You should always set plans which will lead you to your objectives.

5. Work hard.
Spend most of your time if not all thinking about your business. That's why we said that you should start something you have passion in. Say goodbye to raving every weekend until your business grows. If your business is at birth stage, you have to be there all the time to feed it like a little baby and help make it stand and start walking on its own. To achieve this easily you must have set concrete goals and plans before.

6. Willing to learn.
To be a successful entrepreneur, you don't have to be a PHD or a Degree holder. Research show that many prominent businessmen didn't complete school. Despite that, these people became prosperous because they showed their willingness to learn from others. You need to consult when required, attend seminars and more so be open to listen to anyone who shares some ideas to you.

7. Do not consider the possibility of failing.
Be positive in whatever you do. Believe that you have all what it takes to accomplish your mission. However if you sense possibility of failure, deal with it. Seek to know the source of the risk and try to minimize the risk. After that be confident on yourself and you will succeed.

8.Discipline.
This is the only feature which can lead you to success easily. If you lack discipline, the possibility of failure is too high
Act according to your set goals and plans and avoid shortcuts.

9. Have faith.
Nothing in this world comes easily. As an entrepreneur you have to be courageous and be ready to face challenges like a man. Sometimes you might even run bankrupt. Your friends may also discourage you and tell you that you are not going to make it. All you need to do is, when you fail you stand up and undust yourself quickly and continue with your journey to success.

10. Networking.
As an entrepreneur, everyone you meet is an asset. If you attend a seminar and sit next to a bank manager be wise and exchange business cards with him/her since he might help you in funding your business in future. Associate with people who can help you grow or expand and someone you can help in return too.

See this African guy who wants to buy arsenal.

Aliko Dangote has said he wants to buy London-based football club, Arsenal but that will be after he completes his refinery project.

The 58-year-old Kano State indigene and Africa‘s richest man says by the time he completes the building of an oil refinery in his homeland, he would have the financial resources to secure a club takeover. The refinery is expected to be ready latest by 2017.
“When we get this refinery on track, I will have enough time and enough resources to pay what they are asking for,” Dangote was quoted to have told BBC Hausa.

“There were a couple of us who were rushing to buy, and we thought with the prices then, the people who were interested in selling were trying to go for a kill,”Dangote said.

“We backtracked, because we were very busy doing other things, especially our industrialisation.
”Dangote’s business acumen, especially in manufacturing is undoubted but he has no experience in sports investments, unlike American, Stan Kroenke, Arsenal’s majority shareholder, who owns 66.64 percent of the club’s parent company Arsenal Holdings Plc. “They are doing well,” Dangote said of Arsenal, “but they need another strategic direction. They need more direction than the current situation, where they just develop players and sell them”.

Interesting!!! 99-Year-Old Woman Earns Her College Degree

http://tncmashinani.blogspot.com/2015/06/interesting-99-year-old-woman-earns-her.html If you thought for one second that receiving an education has a cutoff age, think again, because Doreetha Daniels just proved everyone wrong. At 99 years of age, Daniels has seen a lot of the world, and last week her family and friends got to see her graduate from college.

In 1999, Daniels enrolled at College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, Calif. And although she had a few setbacks, including a stroke and temporary vision loss, Daniels became the college’s oldest graduate Friday when she received her associate’s degree.Doreetha Daniels said she was inspired to go back to school to her degree after seeing her grand children pursuing their Master’s degrees. She stated that she had to work a bit harder than her classmates. After suffering a stroke, it made it hard for Doreetha to make it to class. She often had difficulties hearing her professors speak as well as problems keeping up with the classwork. But that didn’t stop her from reaching her goal. Doreetha said the younger generation should be appreciative of the opportunity to gain a higher education.

“It seems like the iPhones in their lap are sometimes more important to students than what’s going on in the classroom. I think somebody needs to say something or something needs to happen to show the younger ones how special and unique their opportunity to learn is. I understand that to earn a degree in college at age 99, that’s a bit unusual.”

After receiving her degree, Doreetha became the oldest graduate in the university’s history. Doreetha’s on-campus tutor, Liz Shaker, said that Doreetha is an inspiration for everyone. She’s proof that it’s never too late to follow your dreams no matter the challenges you may face in life.

“Doreetha is a living testament to the saying ‘if there is a will, there is a way’. Her desire to get out of bed each day and come to school and face the challenges in and outside of the classroom inspired us all. She is truly an amazing woman who has impacted my life and I feel so fortunate that Iwas able to experience her journey alongside her.
”Daniels also offered a few words of advice to the youngergenerations:
“Don’t give up. Do it. Don’t let anybody discourage you. Say that, ‘I’m going to do it,’ and do it for yourself.”

Health workers accused of stealing drugs

http://tncmashinani.blogspot.com/2015/06/health-workers-accused-of-stealing-drugs.html
During the darubini ya county forum held at kathwana (tharaka nithi county headquartes) organised by radio citizen, the health executive accused the health workers for stealing medicine. This has brought about alot of controversies. As you can see on the following conversations.
“The Health executive should also go because she is soiling our reputation by claiming we are stealing drugs. No amount of threats will intimidate health workers,” Mr Muchemi added.
However, Mr Ragwa maintained that the nurses must go back to work since their salaries had been paid.
“I will not entertain anyone out to continue with the strike after salaries were paid,” he said.
The governor said there was no reason to go on with the strike unless there were other reasons apart from the salaries issue.
"I have confirmed with all banks that everybody has been paid. I expect you to be back on your duties immediately," said Mr Ragwa.
The governor blamed the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMIS) for the delay in paying salaries saying it takes time to process transactions.
“We received the money on June 8 but the IFMIS which is a new payment system messed us up,” explained Mr Ragwa.
“The county has made arrangements with banks to ensure all workers receive salaries on time,” he added.
Mr Ragwa urged the health workers to always consult with his office before going on strike so as to stop patients from suffering.
He also warned nurses who could be stealing drugs that the county government that they would be prosecuted once apprehended.
As the wrangles continue, all the hospitals in the county have been deserted and most patients transferred to hospitals in Embu and Meru counties.

Health minister in Tharaka-Nithi responds to allegations that she spoke harshly while addressing the nurses strike.

Chuka hospital nurses went on strike early last week after they complained of delayed payment of their salaries. They said that they will not go back to their work places until they are renumerated.

Addressing the issue, the health minister spoke in a manner in which many residents said it was very harsh. Nurses also termed her speech as abusive.

On suturday during the discussion held by radio citizen, darubini ya county, the minister was asked to adress the issue. She said that she talked so because before the strike she held a meeting with health officers and discussed about the delayed salary. They agreed to wait until a certain date but on the following day nurses had already striked. This forced the health minister to address them harshly due to the pain she had knowing that many will loose their lives and she had already sat with the officials and agreed to wait.

Nurses still on the streets even after being assured of payment by the governor in Tharaka nithi county.

Health workers in Tharaka-Nithi have refused to end their strike even after their delayed May salaries were paid.

They said they have other grievances they want the county government to address before they resume work, even as the boycott entered the second week.

The workers who protested outside the governor’s office in Kathwana also want Health executive Magdalene Njeru sacked after she allegedly accused them of stealing drugs. See full story here..Health workers accused of stealing drugs

“Other than full payment of salaries, we also want the government to remit pending National Hospital Insurance Fund and National Social Security Fund statutory deductions,” said Kenya National Union of Nurses branch secretary Kenneth Micheni.
“Health workers have been suffering penalties from the banks and insurance companies because of the failure by the county government to remit their money in time,” he added.
The nurses also want the county government to take responsibility for accrued interests on bank loans.
They are demanding that Governor Samuel Ragwa constitutes a task force to look into issues affecting them. Read this too Health minister in Tharaka-Nithi responds to allegations that she spoke harshly while addressing the nurses strike

And the story continues. Residents burn down thieves suspected to have stolen motor cycles.

Last week we wrote of a man who was burnt down by TNC residents because theft. People were warned of taking law on their hands. Read here Numbered days days over. Residents burn down a man suspected to be a thief.
Its like this advice fell on deaf ears because today some bodaboda operators burnt down thieves suspected to have stolen bodabodas after they were caught with the stolen motor cycles.
People were filled with hunger and they decided to eliminate the thieves by beating them up and later setting them on fire.
The remains were taken to chuka hospital.
Residents were again warned of taking law on their hands.

Aiayar!!! wawawa!!! presenters strip naked to support their football club

I saw this on ghetto radio website and i had to repost it.
How far would you go to support your favorite team???? Not far enough I supposed because this has got to go down as one of the craziest ways to show support.
An all-female ‘news’ team in Venezuela have decided to show their support for the national football team in this year’s Copa America tournament by stripping completely naked…..yes they were photographed with nothing on.
Eight presenters from ‘Stripping the News’ decided to bare all as an encouragement to the ‘gladiators’ of football, asking other women to join them.
The team, which consists largely of models and beauty contestants, say their presenting style is aimed at ’empowering women’ and getting rid of the taboo around nudity. So what do u think????

Speechless!!!!...Money which was to be used to pay nurses was channelled to other works.

http://tncmashinani.blogspot.com/2015/06/speechlessmoney-which-was-to-be-used-to.html

The Senate Majority Leader said Tharaka-Nithi allocations must have been channeled to other work and asked the governor to ensure that the health workers were paid immediately.

As the patients continue to suffer in the villages, the few who are still in the wards in critical condition in Chuka General Hospital are urging the county government to reduce the Sh15, 000 charges for the ambulance for them to be transferred to Embu General Hospital. Related story nurses strike over unpaid salary enters day 5

A patient, Mr John Kimathi, said at Chuka General Hospital that other patients have been transferred and he has been left there because he does not have the money charged for ambulance.
“Will I die here because my people cannot afford Sh15,000 for the ambulance? I am asking them to take me home because even in Embu Hospital I will not be able to pay,” said Mr Kimathi.
The striking nurses maintained that they would not relent until they receive their May pay.
Speaking to media in Chuka Town on Friday, the nurses’ union branch secretary Kenneth Micheni said that the workers would only go back to work when the last person gets his pay.
“We will not get back to work until the last person gets the money because last time they paid few of us and after getting back to duty they did not pay others,” said Mr Micheni.
In Marimanti Town in Tharaka South District ‘Mbunge ya Mwananchi’ lobby asked governor Samuel Ragwa to sack Health executive Magdalene Njeru for saying that she had no apologies for the salary delay.

Nurses strike enters the 5th day in tharaka nithi county

http://tncmashinani.blogspot.com/2015/06/nurses-strike-enters-5th-day-in-tharaka.htmlA health workers’ strike in Tharaka-Nithi County entered its fifth day on Friday, causing patients more suffering.

The strike over unpaid May salaries continued as the county government maintained that the national government should be blamed for the delay.
Tharaka-Nithi Senator Kithure Kindiki, however, said he had confirmed the national government sent money on time.

Through a Facebook post, Prof Kindiki said he has confirmed with the Treasury that the money was sent at the same time with other counties and not late as Tharaka-Nithi government leaders claimed.

“The explanation from Treasury and Afya House is that Tharaka-Nithi like many other counties has not ring fenced health money disbursed to them. The money goes to common basket called county revenue account and may be used to pay any service including contractors,” said Prof Kindiki.
Related srory Funds supposed to pay workers channeled to other works
The Senator said his effort to amend the Public Finance Act 2012 was to ring-fence money meant for a particular department so that it would not be channeled to another docket to avoid hitches.
“It has been agreed that I draft a bill to amend the Public Finance Management Act 2012 compelling counties to ring-fence monies and keep separate vote heads for the different departments just as the national government.
He added: “That is why national money for the Ministry of Defence cannot be used to pay road constructors or to pay Ministry of Water staff but registration is a long process.
“In the meantime I call on Tharaka-Nithi County government to ring-fence money for the health sector to spare patients the agony they are experiencing. The county government must pay health workers their dues immediately,” said Prof Kindiki.

Empty beds in Chuka General Hospital's maternity ward in Tharaka-Nithi County. Patients have been transferred to Embu Level Five hospital and Meru Referral Hospital following the health workers' strike over delayed pay.

6 reasons why nyeri women cuts off men privates parts

After cutting off of manhood acts in nyeri we went on to find out why these ladies are being forced to behave this way and this is what we found out.

1. Men have turned out to be too irresponsible
I heard one of the women say that men have left all the family responsibility to their wifes. all that they is to go out in the morning kuzurura then they come home in the evening with nothing good but but seriously drunk and expecting something to take for supper.

2. Drunkenness
There is no sober woman who can harm a sober man. somme men drink to an extent of not even recognising their own people. they are brought home by their bouncers (their boys) while carried. when a woman sees all these embarassments she goes ahead and do the unexpected things.

3. Lack of respect.
Some ladies said that these ladies are lacking respect and thats why they can think or harming their own husbands just because of issues they sit down and discuss. IF YOU RESPECT YOUR HUSBAND THERE ARE BOUNDARIES YOU CANNOT GO BEYOND.

4. Disagreements
there may be some disagreements between the spouses and now when the other gets an opportunity to punish the other this act occurs. Maybe when the man was going for job in the morning they disagreed on a certain issue and the woman got angry, so when the husband comes home drunk in the evening the wife gets an opportunity to punish him.

5. stress
When one is stressed, he or she tends to behave somehow abnormal. when a lady is stressed you might find that she has harmed her spouse.

6.Cheating on marriages
This is the main reason why they even think of eliminating your private parts. without them you cannot sleep outside.

Some even poured hot water on their husbands body.

This behaviour went down after men raised an alarm that they being mistreated by their wives.

now the story comes again reloaded. this tym they dont just pour hot water on you but they go ahead and chop off your transformer(private part) so that you cannot connect electricity each and every place you find. They say that they cut it because it the one causing the man to be less responsible in his family. See this too..Jaguar to be a daddy again

Only in this week, 3 men don't have their transformers. today we heard another case from nyeri that their was a woman who chopped off his partners thing after some disagreemen

Numbered days days over. Residents burn down a man suspected to be a thief.

A few years ago mob justice was soo much practised in our societies. People used to disciplined wrongdoers on their own without involving the policeofficers.

Barcelona the new champions for the 5th time

Barcelona completed an historic treble and won a fifth Champions League title thanks to a 3-1 victory against Italian champions Juventus in Berlin.

Second-half strikes from Luis Suarez and Neymar eventually saw off a spirited Juventus side as Barca added the biggest prize in European football to their La Liga and Copa del Rey success.

Luis Enrique’s side made the perfect start to their treble bid asIvan Rakitic rounded off a brilliant team move in the fourth minute to give his side an early lead. However, Juventus fought back to grab a foothold in the game and they levelled the scores after the break thanks to Alvaro Morata’s 55th-minute strike. The goal filled Massimo Allegri’s side full of confidence but just as they were starting to dominate proceedings, Suarez and Neymar sealed Barcelona’s first Champions League title since 2011. Juventus, who were chasing a treble of their own, set their stall out early, pressing Barcelona’s back four high up the field but the Italian champions could not take advantage of Javier Mascherano’s poor pass as Carlos Tevez’s shot failing to test Marc-Andre Ter Stegen.

Minutes later, Barcelona’s jitters disappeared as Lionel Messi picked out to Jordi Alba with a cross field pass. The full-back laid the ball off to Neymar, who picked out the run of man of the match Andres Iniesta into the box before he squared for Rakitic to sweep beyond Gianluigi Buffon to complete a superb team goal.

The goal settled Enrique’s side and they nearly doubled their advantage but Neymar’s shot flew inches over the bar. Juve, who had Arturo Vidal and Paul Pogba booked in the first half, were struggling to cope with the Spanish side’s free flowing football and had Buffon to thank for not going further behind in the 13th minute as he clawed away Dani Alves side footed effort. However, the Serie A champions started to get more joy going forward towards the end of the half as Morata curled an effort past the far post and Claudio Marchisio’s rising shot failed to hit the target.

Barcelona went close through Suarez just before the break but while they had the better of the opening 45 minutes the Italians did enough to suggest all was not lost going into the interval. But that Catalan class was always just under the surface as Barcelona broke quickly with five red and blue shirts pouring forward and just three Juventus players. Once again Buffon wasthe Juventus saviour, turning aside Suarez’s fierce strike.

Messi was then involved in some mesmerising one-touch play with Suarez and Neymar before shooting a yard past the upright, yet for all of Barcelona’s dominance, a second goal proved elusive. And in the 55th minute Juve were back on level terms as Marchisio’s sweet back-heel found Tevez whose shot on the turn was well saved by Ter Stegen, but the ball broke to Morata to fire home. Suddenly, it was Juventus who were full of confidence and believing they could go on to win the game. Tevez was unmarked on the edge of the box but scooped over, then Pogba shot straight into the arms of Ter Stegen.

Some county citizens were of the opinion that the headquarters would have been located at Chuka since its the main town. These arguments attracted a lot of county members and leaders too leading to conflicts.
Later the court made their ruling and decided that the county headquarters should be located at Kathwana.
