After Spending another night in gigiri police station, today the friday of August 2015, maina ng'ang'a was drove to the Limuru court in a police pick up for the second hearing of his case. The case was heard and he denied all the charges. The Court has released maina on sh500,000 cash bail after they lacked enough reasons that the state gave that he should be locked up in jail. Many people said that if released he will interfere with the evidence and justice will not be felt by the two parties. Senior Resident Magistrate Timothy Ole Ntanchu also said that maina can also be freed with sh1million bond.
The other three co-accused also were freed with sh50,000 cash bail or sh100,000 bond each.
