4 Rules that You Need to Know Before Thinking of Placing that Bet.

Gambling in Kenya has risen among the youths than before. This is due to the awareness created by media and other social platforms. Unemployment also has caused this rise.
Due to this we need to know some basic principles that every gambler ought to before even joining the industry.
1. Be ready to win or lose.
Yes, this is not like other jobs where you find that at the end of the day you have to earn something that you can take home. In gambling, it's all about luck. You may win too much or lose everything. You must be psychologically ready to take every outcome which occur at any given time.

2. Do not listen to others, be your own judge.
I agree it's good to listen to people's views. But you should not choose to follow everything that they say. You can listen to then but afterwards make your own conclusions.

2. Do not borrow money to play.
My friend once borrowed some money to play on sport Pesa. He wanted to place a bet and when he wins he can be able to repay his debt and be left with some other cash. At first, his first bet came as expected but he did not attain the target of the money he wanted to raise. So, he decided to place another bet inorder to reach his target. The outcome of the second bet almost made him faint. He lost all the money he had placed making it very difficult and almost impossible to repay his debt. Please never borrow money to bet.

3. Do not use all your money on betting.
Betting is good but yet a very risky investment decision. Before you bet make sure you have paid all your bills. From rent to electricity to water etc.. once you are done and you have some cash left, you can now think of gambling. I once heard of a guy who used his money to Pay for house rent to bet and all the money was swallowed by sport Pesa. Others even go to an extent of using their school fees to try their luck. My friends please be wise.

4. Do not overdo it/ do not spend all your time gambling.**
Gambling can be very addictive. Some people don't even eat or bathe while betting. Every coin they get they use it to bet. Not unless you are hunting for poverty, please do not try this. If you find out that it's like you are too much into betting, please try to quit for sometime.

With these four secrets you can now login to your accounts and start betting or playing any other gambling game responsibly. Happy gambling moments.

Is the Cord Leader Hon. Raila OdingaGaining Fame In Meru? See the Warm Welcome He Received From Meru Residents.

He is the leader of opposition, former prime minister and more so the leader of the orange democratic party, Hon. Raila Odinga. In recent years Raila has been see to gain support in Meru county, an area purported to be the Jubilee's stronghold.

In the last elections CORD won two parliamentary seats from Meru. These leaders have been wooing Meru residents to their party and this strategy seems to work. This is after Raila paid a visit to Meru on 30th April 2016 and received a warm welcome from the residents. He is expected to hold various meetings with Meru leaders and residents before he goes away. Raila was welcomed by Gatobu marete, who is the Meru ODM Chairman and Fridah Gakii, who is the organising Secretary. He was also accompanied by Senator James Orengo and Mp Millie Odhiambo, Simba Arati & Junet Mohamed.

During the saturday's rally at Meru, Raila blamed the national government for neglecting the Meru community on the miraa issue. He also said that giving out money without negotiating with the nations that banned miraa farmers from exporting their products their will not solve anything. This is after President Uhuru kenyatta gave out some money to help the farmers after their bann to export miraa to some countries.

In the past years it was very difficult for Raila to step at Meru. He had very few or no supporters in the area. Whenever he went there he could not be allowed to talk or even land in Meru. I don't know if this shows that he is gaining popularity or Meru residents have matured politically and they are ready to listen to what any politician has.

Those who want to support Raila are arguing that they have supported Jubilee for too long but they have not benefited on anything. Now they opt to support the opposition to see if they will benefit. Uhuru still has massive support but he has to take caution because Raila is out to woo the Meru community to support him.

Lucy Joy > ‎ Since Uhuru Kenyatta, hatusaidii, can we try giving Baba Raila, maybe he might bring change!!

Ynot Blessingz > MERU ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL FACEBOOK FORUM This is my President (Uhuru) the One I prayed God to give us. The others I don't know about: even if they sleep in makutano or Meru-Maua promising fake theory and ideology on how to convince British to chew miraa. #GodForgive

RAILA AFFIRMS ENDORSING MIRAAH AS CASH CROP IN KENYA > My master, Party Leader and the Peoples' President His Highness Raila Odinga today reiterated his stance on Miraah being a cash crop which should be fully fledged and funded by the National government. Raila told residents of Meru how passionate the plant was to him and Kenyans a whole.
Miraah has many positive economic benefits for the county and dependents. Uhuru Kenyatta should not cheat Merians of his fake pledge and commitment to supporting the farmers of this "green-gold" yet he caused the initial untold suffering and backlogs to the sell of Mirrah abroad leading to huge looses.
Jakom told off Uhuru to stop shelving the real elephant task poachers and save Kenya from his common PR gimmicks. Uhuru knows who the real mafia behind our elephants depletion is and should reveal him at once.

Nairobi Flooded After heavy Rainfall.

The largest and the most populated County and city in kenya, Nairobi, is experiencing the most difficult moments. This is because of the heavy rain that has rained for the past two days. The rain has so far claimed 14 lives and very many people injured. It has also affected the operations of many businesses in the city.

Due to poor drainage and impoper dumping of waste, the heavy downpour has left the city flooded causing too much chaos. Lastnight the residents were stuck in bus stations due to crazy traffic and high transport charges.

This forced some people to risk their lives and walk to their houses. Two people were carried away by water and lost their lives. Two more people also lost their lives after their vehicle was carried away by the water.

A six storey building collapsed at huruma and so far seven people have been confirmed dead and others seriously injured. The police and redcross are still at the scene trying to find out if still there are people stuck in the collapsed building.

This has left Soo many Kenyans blaming the county and national government for sleeping on their jobs. Poor roads with no drainage systems, construction of building without observing the required standards and no one questions. The government should advise this issue to avoid the damage being experienced now.

University property was also not left behind. The teaching institutions were stoned destroying the windows and doors. One of the school buses was also burnt down. Some vehicles also belonging to the university were stoned. We were not able to take pictures due to the rejection of the students to those who took pictures. Infact as we speak some journalists who took pictures are nursing injuries at the hospital after the students attacked them.

The school security officers were unable to control the students after they started throwing stones towards then. Due to unbearable pressure from the students, the officers were forced to run in order to save their lives.

After sometimes, Mr Erastus Njoka who is the vice chancellor of the institution, issued a notice to all the students that the school has been closed till further notice. However he did not talk about the issue.

More than 12 students were arrested as the main suspect who started the strike and investigations to find out more about the strike has already been started by the police men. Residents complained of destruction of their property and asked the vice chancellor to look for a way to compensate them.

An earthquake strike Tharakanithi county and some parts of Meru county.

Last night residents of Tharakanithi county and Meru county experienced earth shaking that took almost 30 seconds. This was experienced around Chogoria and Nkubu.
