"Today Tharaka Nithi County Government, with other stakeholders, commissioned the construction of the Kathwana Market. This is a market that attracts traders from its environs and as far as Kitui, Embu, Meru and Isiolo Counties amongst others. This marks the unlocking of the economic potential of the town on which our county headquarters is premised."
