The weather forecasters had given a warning that heavy and destructive rain (Elnino) is going to be experienced this rainy season. Some took the caution and made some protective plans while took it as a joke and did nothing.

The government also reserved some money to cater for emergencies and prepare for heavy rains. The money was meant for repairing the drainage systems, relocating those on dangerous areas to other
places, providing safety measures for those affected by rains and many more purposes.

This has not been the Case since the rain started. We have experienced poor drainage systems in many areas in the country. This is What Will Happen To KCSE 2015 Candindate Results.

KCSE 2015 examinations have reported the highest level of cheating in examinations for the past 5 years. Reports say that its very easy to get an exam even two days before the exam . Its obvious that when people cheat in examinations the Same students are affected negatively when the results are out.

Many education stakeholders have been urging the examination body KNEC and the government to stop the KCSE examinations from continuing due to increase in cheating. However the government and the examination bodies have persisted that there is no cheating and the cheating allegations are not true.

Due to cheating, the examinations will strictly be marked and many candindates might not get their results. Those who will be Lucky to get the results and maybe they cheated and pass well, they will go to universities and due this country might face the problem of unqualified graduate and employees. Fake doctors will increase in the country there by risking people's lives.

The current education system will also be in doubt since it's the one which will have produced half baked graduate. The unemployment levels will also hike since employees will not be ready to employ non qualified graduate who will mess up the operations of the organization.

You may enjoy stealing in exams buy may be you are ruining your future. The problems is that even those who did not cheat are also affected. If there will be umdermarking they will also be affected. If the points to join universities will be increased, they will also be affected.

With this you can see how this cheating will affect the candindates and the entire country too.

There Is Increase In Boy Child Neglect In Our Society Today.

If you observe the societies we are living today, you will find out that the girl child is more favoured than the boy child. When he is unwell the parents think that he is pretending, when food is not enough the boy child is the one who will miss so that his sister can eat, he is the one who is dropped out of school if school fees is not enough. In short you can easily tell that the boy child is highly neglected in today's society.

The society has focused on the girl too much until the boy has been left behind. When we look at even the government, girls in schools are provided with sanitary towels but nothing is given to boys. The entry points to university and secondary schools are also lower than that that of boys. This has led to the boy child feeling neglected and not wanted by the society.

In parliament we are always advocating for gender balance but concentrating too much to female than male. Yes its true that the girl child was very much neglected before but we have done too much on one side and forgotten the boy child still exists and needs to be recognised too.

This has brought too much negative effect to the boy child. Due to neglect, they have dropped out of school, they have become drug addict, they have also become criminals and others have separated with their children. These children are the ones who are joining terrorists groups like Alshabaab and others. This is why I call upon everyone to join our hands together and bring back to life our boy child.

I have shared this video with you to hear from the horses mouth (a boy) on what the boy child is going through in his daily life.

KCSE 2015 Examinations Leak.

There has been reported a very high level of KCSE leakage in the ongoing KCSE 2015 examinations.

KCSE examinations began in such a dull mood since most students were not prepared because of the teacher's strike. However its like the students are lucky because with only a thousand shillings, you can have a whole paper of the exam. Some reliable sources say that the papers are supplied to the students as early as two days before the paper is done.

Nation made investigations and interviewed a certain teacher and this is what he said;
“What is happening is disturbing I have personally talked to my students and they have admitted that it easy to get the examination questions in advance after paying KSh 1,000,”

The KNEC chief executive officer Mr. Joseph Kavilu termed the allegations as false and said that the papers which are being spread are fake. He also added that investigations are being carried out in collaboration with the police to find out if anyone is spreading the papers.

“The council is aware that fraudsters are lurking around engaging in various fraudulent activities such as printing, circulating and selling fake examination papers fully branded with KNEC information purported to be genuine examination papers,” said Kavilu.

So far 5 teachers and several university students have been arrested in regards to spreading and selling the alleged KCSE papers. More so, 15 candindates from Mombasa have been caught with KCSE questions and over 31 mobile phones have been found with the candidates having KCSE questions in their whatsapp accounts.

Mr Joseph Kavilu has warned anyone who maybe operating this illegal business to stop before law catches up on them.

Here Are Reasons Why Kenyans Have Hothing to Smile About this Mashujaa Day celebration.

It's a day which comes once per calender year. A day that we celebrate people who have made our country proud and also Kenyans who saved our country from colonialist. Those who strived and used all their effort to see that Kenya is a free country. Yes, these are the people behind the peaceful and fresh environment that we are enjoying today. 20th October is the day we celebrate these heroes. However, today many Kenyans are not happy like other days when we celebrate this day.

This is the day when people unite together eat, share long gone but unforgettable stories and many other issues. This is not possible due to the high cost of living in our country. This has been brought about by high level of corruption and misuse of public money. Kenyans are very annoyed by this act. The people we elected are busy using our money to benefit themselves.

Teachers also are crying due to nonpayment of September salary. This has made some of them look for other ways to get income. Some have started bodaboda business and other have also committed suicide after life turned out to be too had to survive. The situation in our schools is worsening as days go. This is not the situation that our heroes expected their country to be in when they were struggling to fight for the freedom of Kenya.

If one of them ressurects today, he will die out of shock over what he/she will find in Kenya. A country where a wheelbarrow goes for more than sh100, 000, a bar of soap cost more than sh50, 000, Curtains cost millions of Kenya shillings, facebook account is opened for more than 100k andmany more unrealistic transactions. This is why I am telling you that we should have nothing to celebrate this Mashujaa day else we should wondering where our country is ending to.

"No Pay No Work," Unpaid Teachers Say.

It's a week now since teachers suspended their strike and decided to go back to their schools. Most of them had hopes that TSC will pay them September salary which was not paid due to their strike. This has not been the case up to today. TSC said that they cannot pay for services not given. This has made the teachers through their union to say that on Monday they will not go to schools if their September salary will not be paid.

The teachers union has been having conversations with TSC about the accrued teachers salary but no decision has been reached. Both parties are pulling on their side. This has made the teachers union to say that they will go back to court and report TSC for not honoring the court order.

The court had ordered that teachers be paid their September salary if they resume schools before a period of 90 days is over.

It is out of this that the union leaders have asked all the unpaid teachers not to go to school as from Monday if they will not be paid. It should be remembered that teachers said that they will never go for strike called by their leaders . This is because their union if teachers leaders called of their strike even before they were given their 50-60 salary increment. Now the decision lies on the teachers. Will they listen to their leaders and boycott classes or they will ignore them.

If you thought the game was over, you might be wrong. Wilson Sossion said that the end of the teachers is way much far from ending.

He said that their strike has just been suspended for 90 days as per the court's order. After this, if the government will not have given them 50-60% salary increment, they will continue with their strike.

Normal operations resumed in schools today 5th October 2015 after teachers called off their strike which took almost 5 weeks. This was after the labour court ordered them to resume their duties.

However some teachers felt betrayed by their leaders because their objectives were not met and still their leaders accepted to end the strike. Some teachers even swore that they will never engage in strike called by their unions anymore because their objectives are always not reached.

Here is an Easy Way to Browse More for Less Data.

http://tncmashinani.blogspot.com/2015/10/here-is-easy-way-to-browse-more-for.html I know most of us have found ourselves in this frustrating situation. When you are busy browsing, your credit runs out and you go offline. After recharging thinking that you have solved your problems and ready to browse for the whole night, you are cutoff by the same same problem of running out of data or airtime. Are you this kind of person? Do you wonder how people manage to browse the whole day and still don't complain of the cost of browsing? Its not that these people are very rich, no, its just that they have learnt the secrets of saving data. Here are some ways you can use to minimize the use of data and browse more for less.

1.Subscribe for data bundles
I was amazed to find out that a certain friend of mine used to browse with airtime until the time I saved her. You will continue to find it difficult to browse if you don't subscribe for data bundles. Any network has it data subscription and its also very wise to choose the network that offer the best data rates. With this knowledge you will be in a better position to browse more.

2. Close all the apps that run in background.
This is where most users go wrong. Leaving applications running in background. Little do they know that these applications use data too. Applications like Maps, Google play, some games and many other apps. Its always wise to go to your settings and switch off all the apps running in background without your knowledge. Also avoid setting you phone to auto update applications even when using mobile data. This should be done only on WI-fi.

3. Turn off Mobile data when not using it.
As I said earlier, some apps run in background and some of then consume data. To avoid this, make sure that you turn off your data on the switcher when not using it.

4. Choose browsers wisely.
Some browsing application use a lot of data while others are very cheap. This is because browsers are designed for different users. There are those that use WI-fi all through, others have unlimited data plan so they don't mind using any browser. Browsers like opera mini or Uc browser, use very little data and these are the best applications to use when you want to save on data and browse more. They compress data and make browsing faster and cheap too. So leave alone that browser that consumes all your airtime in seconds and start using Opera mini or Uc browser

5. Avoid watching videos online.
Its very expensive to stream videos on mobile data. Unless you are on WI-fi or unlimited data plan, please avoid watching online.

6. Avoid downloading large contents on mobile data.
There is no way you can download a movie using 10mb data bundle. This video will never be downloaded completely and you will end up wasting your 10mbs and nothing will be downloaded.

If you practice these 6 points, your browsing experience will never be the same again. You will browse for long hours with your 10mbs without being frustrated by the annoying disconnections of internet. You will have more time to visit tncmashinani and read more on what happening in the world. With these remarks you can now buy some airtime, subscribe for data bundles, prepare a cup of tea, grab some popcorn, open your browser and browse with no limits while sipping your coffee . Happy browsing moments.

Teachers Who did Not Attend School On September Did not Receive Salary.

Some teachers were shocked to find out that the September salary was not piad to them. This is due to the strike that is now entering the second month.

Only 43, 000 teachers received their September salary. These are those who reported back to school even during the strike. TSC had issued a notice that no teacher willbe paid if he/She does not go back to schools.

Meanwhile, TSC has announced recruitment of 70,000 teachers to replace the striking teachers for the time that they will be away from schools. This has attracted a lot of application, mostly from youth. Most of them have great hope that they might get employed and have said that they are okay with the little salary that the government will offer to pay. Some also said they have been longing to work for public schools and this is a chance they cannot ignore.

The labour court also today asked the teachers to respect the ruling made by the court on Friday and call of their strike and go back to school. TSC also said that if the teachers fail to report even for the month of October, no payment will be made to them.

"Resume Classes Immediately," Lobour Court Tell Teachers.

Teachers went back to court after a ruling was made that they should end the strike within a period of 90 days and their strike was not within the law. They went to back to labour court terming their strike as one which is within law.

Files were opened for the case but the labour court declined to reject the ruling that was made earlier and said that teachers strike is not within law.

In response, the labour court asked teachers to call off their strike immediately and resume classes.

This is the Controversial speech that Johnson Muthama Made During the Cord Rally at Uhuru Park

TSC Announces Recruitment of 70,000 Teachers To Fill the Position for the Striking Teachers.

On Wed1.10.2015 TSC invited all qualified teachers willing to apply for job as teachers to do so. They announced 70,000 positions to fill the positions of the striking teachers for the three months they will be on strike.

This has happened after the court gave the striking teachers a period of 90 days to call off their strike and go back to schools as their leaders discuss with TSC about their pay. Even after the court ruling the teachers continued with their strike saying that even the government ignored the court ruling made before.

As all this drama continues the children are still at home except for the candidates who are preparing for their final examinations. K.C.S.E practicals have already commenced.

After hearing the TSC decision, KNUT has termed the decision to recruit 70,000 teachers as desperate and not within the law. However it has urged the teachers not to worry about that and their jobs are very secure. Wilson sossion has also asked all the teachers not to invigilate the coming national exams even if the government forces them to do so.

"Let all our branches across the country guide
teachers, heads and principals to ensure that
no Teacher supervises the National
examinations until they get instructions from
KNUT HQS. TEACHERS keep away from schools
or examination centers," said Wilson sossion the KNUT Secretary General.

See Cord MPs Dressed in School Uniforms at Cord Rally at Uhuru Park.

Politics will never seize to amaze me. Cord had planned to hold a rally today at Uhurt Park to join th teachers on the strike. What amazed me is that some leaders arrived arrived at the venue in School uniforms.

It is almost one month now since the teachers strike and no one knows the period this strike will cover but we hope its soon. All public schools have been closed and we as citizens we have been left to look at this fight between the government (TSC) and the teachers.

This has turned out to be tje longest strike that teachers have ever held in the country. This has also turned to be political with the opposition taking the teachers side and holding rallies to show solidarity with the teachers.
Here are the photos of various MPS dressed in school uniforms.

The teachers vowed not to go back to schools until when money will be deposited to their account.

Even though they have closed the schools, only Class 1-7 and form 1-3 will go home. Class 8 and form 4 who are expected to do their National examinations some months to come. The date for the start of KCPE and KCSE remain as planned.

A Doctor Caught Red-Handed Enjoying a Patients Fruits.

On Sunday, Kenyans were left mouth open after a certain doctor (gynocologist) was exposed by Citizen TV  sexually assaulting a lady patient in his clinic.

Residents say that its not his first time to this, he has been doing it to ladies who happen to be his most customers. Mr Mugo wa Wairimu has been drugging his patient and they fall asleep he rapes them quickly before the patient wakes up. After this he pretend to attend to his patient. This has been going on until yesterday, 6 Sep 2015 when Citizen busted him and secretly recorded a video of him in act and later exposed him on Citizen news.

This left kenyans talking and many questioning his degree of this doctors competence. After this disclosure Mr Mugo refused to talk about the issue to the reporters who wanted to interview him but later took this to his facebook page saying that the report is untrue. Mr Mugo operates a clinic in Zimmerman and Githurai.

Mr Mugo is popular on social media and he is also known for opposing Raila Odinga. He blamed the media house that exposed him to be doing so due to his political stand. This is the post he posted on social media after the exposure.

"I hereby invite all Kenyans, friends and foes alike to tune in to Citizen TV tonight. I encourage as many Kenyans as possible to watch it. Nothing is more difficult in this Kenya than trying to fight against a media armed with the most technologically sophisticated equipment; The media house responsible for this took the most partisan stand in 2013 elections.
They are not God and whatever they say is not and will never be gospel truth. Serious, very serious allegations have been leveled against me. My enemies, political, business or otherwise have coalesced, in a most evil plot. This is the climax of months, no, years of scheming, with hundreds of thousands changing hands to permanently silence me.
I do not intend to use this forum to defend myself or give my side of the story. I will also join the hundreds of thousands of Kenyans who will also be watching. I’ve fought many wars because of my convictions and I’m determined to take this fight to its logical conclusion. It is noteworthy that the allegations first appeared in the timeline of Robert Alai Onyango, the axis of evil representing the views politically divergent to mine.
I will in the fullness of time provide phone records proving attempts at extorting me led by non other that Alai. Out of the blues, he called me requesting a meeting. I chose not to respond to the allegations. Then, it was claimed the police were involved in a cover up plot. I challenge anyone with any such complaint against me to launch a formal complaint with the police as stipulated by the law. Alai is not and has never been a police station.
The media is not and has never been a police station. It’s high time we change our constitution to include Alai and the Media into the broader definition of what a police station is. And the police can never act on a complaint that has never been recorded in their occurrence book. Media mob justice can never be a substitute to due process. Those who know me can tell that I’m not one person you can easily easily intimidate into silence.
My hardline stance and strong political convictions has earned me friends and enemies alike- And so those who think I’ll be no more after today will be deeply disappointed. It was a price that I’d to pay for refusing to conform. I was just to much to some people. It boarders on imbecility that the plotters of this scheme tried to drag President Uhuru Kenyatta’s name into it. My support for President Kenyatta is unequivocal;~ The president does not even know me in person. My support for his coalition is only a matter of principal.
And this will not change at all. The plotters of the scheme used my most trusted colleague to obtain all the ingredients in their recipe of evil. This will be another JICHO PEVU similar to those notoriously aired by Mohamed Ali. I unwittingly played perfectly into the hands of the plotters. I challenge my accusers to explain why they had to wait for dozens of episodes to happen before they raised the alarm. Any sane citizens knows that he/she has a legal duty to prevent a felony before it happens.
It’s an of fence under our penal code to FAIL TO PREVENT A FELONY. Why on earth did any sane individual get the time to record dozens of incidents before taking legal action. And why rush to the media instead of to the police"

Tharaka Nithi County Leaders And The Judiciary Disagree On The Location Of New Court.

The county leaders have been engaging in discussions on where the High Court set to be constructed will be located. The Judiciary and some county leaders have been unable to settle on one location between chuka town and at kathwana where the county headquarters are being constructed.

The county governor Samuel Ragwa and Senator Kithure Kindiki, are for the opinion that the court be built at Kathwana on an argument that there is enough land and and its a central location of the whole County. The judiciary on the other hand, the judiciary said that the court should be located at Chuka town.

Both the governor and the senator have fowarded the matter to the chief justice and he has said that the matter will be looked at soon. These two also want the county and government offices be located at Kathwana. Kathwana is a rural place where there is poor infrastructure and the plce cannot be accessed from Embu-Meru highway in rainy seasons.

Governor Samuel Ragwa has also blamed some county officials and Government leaders for going against there decision to locate major offices at Kathwana. It should be remembered that there was a rejection of the county headquarters being located at Kathwana.

Tharaka Nithi County nurses threaten to strike over breach of pact

Nurses in Tharaka Nithi have threatened to go on strike Friday. The Kenya National Union of Nurses (KNUN) Tharaka Nithi branch has accused the county government of breaching an agreement signed in June.
Related: Nurses dismiss their planned strike.
In a seven-day notice to the County Secretary, the nurses want the agreement implemented before Friday. Speaking to the Nation in Chuka town on Wednesday, the union Tharaka Nithi Branch Secretary Kenneth Micheni said there has been no communication from the county on the issues they have raised.

He said the nurses will down their tools until the county addresses their grievances despite getting their July pay. Mr Micheni said their complaints include late remittance of deductions to various Saccos, unions, NHIF, delayed promotions and failure to pay them house allowance as directed by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.

“Unless these issues are addressed satisfactorily within seven days from the date of the letter we will have no other alternative but to take industrial action,” the letter from the union to the county read.

Governor Mutua Sheds Tears In Public

He broke into tears last week on Friday while addressing people. Governor Alfred Mutua has been one of the best governor and a leader in Kenya. He has made a lot of development his county. The Machakos county residents are soo much proud of him and wish that they had such leaders in the past. If you went to Machakos like 15 years ago and revisit it today, you will realize that it is true that the place as really developed.

Many Kenyans wish that their leaders were like Dr. Alfred Mutua who is always on toes to help the citizens. controversies started when the governor said that he will form his own political party (Maendeleo Chap Chap). Some leaders from Ukambani came against this decision with full force saying that Mutua wants to divide the Ukambani people.

Mutua has been holding public meetings around Ukambani to create awareness of his new political party. He has been doing this with an agenda of fighting the increasing poverty level of Ukambani people.

It is in one of his rallies that the governor did what Ruto was known of doing when addressing the public after the elections. He gave a speech to the public and after sometimes, he started shedding tears. He accused some Ukambani leaders of holding meetings to bring him down and also oppose his mission to help his people through his newly formed party.

“I want to tell them no matter how many meetings they hold to undermine me, I will soldier on to liberate our people from the politics of poverty”
“They are panicking due to the fact that people are now questioning what they have done to uplift their areas despite being in powerful position for decades,”

The High School Girl Who Was Stripped by a Police Officer for Hiding Bhang in Her Private Parts Demands sh7million as compensation.

Do you remember the 45 students who were caught engaging in sex and very drunk in a bus? They were going home for August holidays. They had a party in the bus that took them home and they had bought drinks and many more drugs. When the police officers caught the bus, one of the student was found to have hidden Bhang in her private parts. Photos of her spread like fire on social media.
A lot of people condemned the act that that police officer took. Lawyers and human rights officers also came out to fight for the right of this girl which they said that they were violated when her nudity was exposed to public by the police officers. This girl is now demanding a compensation of sh7million.

This has led to suspension of her case which she was charged of being in possession of Bhang for her case to be heard first. In her petition she argues that the act has caused her embarrassment and mental distress. She also argues that the officer's misconduct is what led to her case and therefore the case is invalid.

Wawawa!!!! See What Some Igembe Circumsiced Men Did to This Boy After Allegedly entering A House of a Circumsiced Person.

Meru community is a tribe that seriously follows traditional circumcision which is regarded as passage from child hood to manhood. During the period of circumcision the candidates are educated and given rules on how to live like a circumcised man.
There things that you should forever avoid doing. There is a boy who was seriously punished for going against some traditional set rules, which i personally believe that their time has passed.

He was burnt using a hot red panga and seriously injured on his back. The residents hungrily condemned this act and said that whoever did this should be heavily punished. From my sources I found out that the uncircumcised boy allegedly entered a house of a circumcised person.

To the so called Nthaka cia Naathu in Igembe North subcounty who did this.SHAME ON YOU A MILLION TIMES!!!!. May those who did this barbaric, Heinous, Torturous, Inhuman, Demonic, Devilish, Merciless Act in the name of culture and circumcision to this young boy never get peace throughout their short life on earth. Culture My foot!!!! If this is what is called culture.
I Want to call for international condemnation by The media, The church, Njuri Ncheke,:Human right groups and all humanity to this devilish .
Such beasts in the name of Nthaka values less the dignity, Sanctity and and Precious nature of Human life and deserve to rot behind bars.
Isn't this an insult to the Meru Culture ???? Is it supposed to be done this way???? Is he the first person to go there.????Preliminary info indicate that the boy was pulled into this kianda by those beasts.
This Morning I have spoken to a number of leaders in Igembe North including the Njuri Ncheke Chairman and the media house and from what they tell me Justice must be done. The Young boy is recuperating at Meru Referal Hospital and I will personally visit him there.
SHAME ON YOU BEASTS OF THE JUNGLE!!!!!!!"
